“A tech start-up founded by a veteran of the first dotcom boom has raised £1.3m to bring virtual reality (VR) experiences to zoos, museums and theme parks.
Immotion Group, which was co-founded by former Monstermob and NetPlay TV boss Martin Higginson, will use the cash to roll out its VR platforms in Europe and America.
The funding round was made up of a number of wealthy individuals, including Higginson.”
